Caught in the Current Coaching, LLC provides online coaching within and outside of the U.S.  In person sessions are also provided if you live near or on Lake Travis located in Texas. I have been working in the helping professions since I graduated with my bachelors degree in psychology in 2011. I also hold a Masters degree in professional counseling that I obtained in 2014.  Since then I have created a successful private practice to address mental health concerns through providing counseling and psychotherapy.  This coaching practice shares similarities with my practice as a psychotherapist but also allows for new approaches, perspectives, and opportunity to reach a broader audience.
