Online Coaching is a convenient, secure, and effective platform to meet your coaching needs.  We meet from the privacy of your own home, office, or anywhere you are with access to your phone, tablet, or computer and a good internet connection.

Sessions will be conducted through a secure HIPPA compliant video conferencing platform. After we schedule your appointment time, I will email you an appointment confirmation that includes the forms you will need to fill out and sign electronically prior to your appointment.  At the scheduled appointment time, click on the link and follow the onscreen prompts.

IN-PERSON SERVICES 

Process/Expectations:

Caught in the Current Coaching, LLC will provide in person session for clients who live near or on Lake Travis located in Texas. In person sessions will be provided for clients who are interested in my services and would also like to engage in an outdoor activity while doing so.

Outdoor activities may include:

Fishing

Hiking

Meeting at one of eight different private parks in Lago Vista, Texas

Enjoying nature 

All details will be discussed during a free 30min or less phone consultation.  This will include; cost of services, location to meet up, etc.  Client paperwork will be provided to client through a secure client portal and will be reviewed before meeting.
